South India Cultural Tour
Day 01: Arrives Trivandrum – Kovalam (20 kms – 30 mins)
Arrive at Trivandrum airport. Transfer to hotel Check in relax in the resort. Overnight stay at Kovalam. (Kovalam is Famous for its beaches, Kovalam it has Three Beaches by rocky outcroppings in its 17Km CoastLine).
Day 02 & 03: Kovalam
Morning Visit Of Samudra Beach (The Beaches have steep palm covered headlands and are lined with shops that offer all kinds of goods and Services), Hawah Beach (In the early day is a beehive of activities with fisherman setting out for sea) Evening Visit Of Light House Beach (Its Intermittent beams at night render the beach with an unearthly charm). Overnight stay at Kovalam.
Day 04: Kovalam – Thottapally (130 kms – 3 hrs)
Morning drive to Thottapally to board your houseboat departs at 1300hrs and Beautiful travel in back water by House Boat on the way you can visit the villages of kerala Here your crew will prepare delicious Kerala meals from freshly brought vegetables and Fishes from the market. Overnight at Air Conditioned Houseboat.
Day 05: Alleppey
Full day cruising through the backwaters of Alleppey. You can see backwater villages and passing through some canal, You may see some rare Water animals, birds, Fishes Etc. Overnight at Air Conditioned Houseboat.
Day 06: Kumarakom
Morning you will reach Kumarakom we will get down to the resort check in and relax in the resort with nice ayurveda massages and have a traditional Kerala Cuisine. Overnight stay at Kumarakom.
Day 07: Kumarakom
Morning have a walk around the resort, relax Yourself in the resort with nice ayurveda massages. (It Helps to relax body, mind, and it, and give energetic to the nerves) Overnight stay at Kumarakom.
Day 08: Kumarakom – Cochin (90 kms – 2 hrs)
Morning drive to Cochin. Check in later visit of Fort Kochi beach, Chinese fishing nets and St. Francis church. Evening visit cochin harbor and we can take a boat ride also to enjoy in the see dolphins. Overnight stay at Cochin.
Day 09: Cochin – Munnar (140 kms – 4 hrs)
Morning visit the St Francis Church, Jewish Synagogue and Mattanchery than drive to Munnar. (Munnar - breathtakingly beautiful - a haven of peace and tranquility - the idyllic tourist destination in God's own country). Check in and later in the evening walk around the Tea Estate. Overnight stay at Munnar.
Day 10: Munnar
Morning visit, Raja Mala (the highest peak in Munnar), Eravikulam National Park, Tea Museum and Factory, and Mattupetty Dam and Eco – point and evening walk around the Tea Estate. Overnight stay at Munnar.
Day 11: Munnar – Thekkady (140 kms – 4 hrs)
Morning drive to Thekkady (Its Comprises a thick evergreen forest with exotic Wild Life and Periyar National Park also a important place to see the wild animals like tiger, Elephant Deer, Water Birds Etc). Check in take rest and evening visit of kathakali (Highly Stylized Indian dance Drama). Overnight stay at Periyar.
Day 12: Thekkady
Morning Take a Boat Ride in Lake Periyar To See the Wild animals like Tiger, Leopard, Sambar, Langurs, Elephant etc. Later drive back to the hotel take rest. Evening Visit Of Kalaripayattu (Martial Art). Overnight stay at Periyar.
Day 13: Periyar – Dindigul (150 kms – 4 hrs)
Morning drive to Dindigul. It is village where you can see the culture of Tamil Nadu people. Check in and free for your personal activities. Overnight stay at Dindigul.
Day 14: Dindigul
Morning Visit Dindigul hill, Rock Fort & Evening Begambur Big Mosque (300 Year Old) and walking tour to the local markets. Overnight stay at Dindigul.
Day 15: Dindigul – Madurai (100 kms – 2 hrs)
Morning drive to Madurai. (Madurai is a Cultural city and its well Known by Meenakshi Amman temple) Check in relax than visit Alaghar Kovil and Palamudhir Cholai. Overnight stay at Dindigul.
Day 16: Madurai – Trichy (130 kms – 3 hrs)
Morning visit Meenakshi Amman Temple (The Temple forms the heart and lifeline of the 2500 year old city of Madurai, Marie Amman tanks and Thirumalai Nayak Palace & drive to Trichy. Rock Fort temple is the land mark of Trichy. Check in Relax and visit the Temple complex of Srirangam. Overnight stay at Trichy.
Day 17: Trichy – Tanjore (70 kms – 2 hrs)
Morning visit Rockfort Temple and Brihadeswara Temple (Big Temple) This temple is one of India's most prized architectural sites It Was Built by Raja Raja Chola In 10Th Century than Visit Palace, Art Gallery and Museum. Overnight stay at Tanjore.
Day 18: Tanjore – Pondicherry (270 kms – 5 hrs)
Morning drive visit Gangaikondacholapuram & Chidambaram temples and drive towards Pondicherry check in Hotel and evening visit Manakula Vinayagar temple and Beach. Overnight stay at Pondicherry.
Day 19: Pondicherry – Mahabalipuram (100 kms – 3 hrs)
Morning visit Aravindar Ashram and drive to Mahabalipuram. (It has various historic monuments built largely between the 7th and the 9th centuries, and has been classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site). Check in and relax in the beach. Overnight stay at Mahabalipuram.
Day 20: Mahabalipuram
Morning Sight Seeing Of Krishna Butter Ball (Huge rock), Mahishashuramardini Cave, Pancha Pandava Rathas (Monolithic Rock Carved temples), Tiger Cave, and Evening Overall view of Mahabalipuram From the light House, Sea Shore Temple (Belongs to 8th Century AD) and relax in the beach. Overnight stay at Mahabalipuram.
Day 21: Mahabalipuram – Kanchipuram – Chennai (150 kms – 4 hrs)
Morning drive to Chennai via visiting Kanchipuram Temples, Sri Ekambaranathar Temple, Kamakshi Amman temple than drive to Chennai (Capital Of Tamil Nadu), check in Hotel later walk in the marina beach (Worlds Second largest beach). Overnight stay at Chennai.
Day 22: Chennai (Departure)
Depending upon your flight schedule our tour executive will transfer to Chennai International airport for your onward journey.
